The roar of the arena was all Tarik had known from a young age. His ferocity as a child left him without many friends. His family sold him into slavery as soon as he was able to stand on his own two feet.
Tarik quickly made a name for himself in the smaller fighting pits. Fighting with blade, club, hammer or his own fists. Eventually earning his nickname “The Green Mountain” he was elevated to the title of Gladiator and fought in the arena. Crowds gathered to watch him disembowel both man and beast.
Year after year he fought. Every victory earned his master coin, and in return he received a minute portion. He hid your earnings away in secret, one day hoping to venture to the biggest arena of all – the outside world.
